Warranty does not cover issues caused by client modifications or third-party integrations.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for violation of applicable laws
• Upon mutual agreement

Upon termination, client shall pay for work completed and expenses incurred.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between parties
